禁煙セラピー

「禁煙セラピー」の著者アレン・カー氏が、肺ガンで亡くなったとニュースで知りました。

禁煙して20年以上経っても、元々かなりのヘビースモーカーだったみたいだから、
その影響もあるんでしょうね。

僕もタバコをやめてもうすぐ3年ですが、早めにやめられて良かった・・・。
やめてから体調は確かに良くなりました。倦怠感とか偏頭痛もなくなったし。

吸っている時は気づかないですが、タバコをやめると、「あ～体に悪いんだなぁ」と実感できますよ。
出かける時も財布・携帯・タバコの3種の神器だったのが、財布・携帯だけになるとかなり身軽です。

風邪で咳が止まらないとか高熱が出たときがやめやすいです(笑)。
