納豆フィーバー
ここ数日、納豆が品切れしていると、テレビ・新聞で取り上げていますね。
「あるある大辞典Ⅱ」で放送したみたいですが、
自分は見ていないのでHPで少し内容をチェックしてみました。
なるほど～という内容です。朝晩納豆を食べるだけだから簡単ですね。
でも納豆の健康効果は以前から知られているのに、
こういった食べるだけで痩せる！となると、爆発的に売れちゃうのもなんだかねぇ。
１つ気になったのは、納豆が苦手な人が食べやすくする料理法が出ていますが、
そんな無理して食べなくてもいいんじゃない？と思うのは自分だけですか？
全然お手軽じゃなくなってる気が・・・。
